Beschreibung

• Own full-stack design and engineering quality for Innovation Crew pilots and prototypes, from brief or wireframe through backend service, API integration, and polished interface • Ensure deliverables for engineering leadership and business stakeholders are visually consistent, accessible, and legible to non-technical audiences • Design human-on-the-loop interaction patterns for agentic systems • Build interfaces for inspecting agent traces, auditing reasoning outputs, adjusting parameters, and surfacing anomalies • Build and maintain a shared design system and component library, including streaming output displays, agent status indicators, trace inspection views, confidence surfaces, and human-review interfaces • Define UX standards and interaction vocabulary for AI Assistants and Copilots capabilities • Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders and business unit partners • Partner with the Principal AI Engineer on evaluation interfaces and agent observability dashboards • Champion WCAG accessibility standards and performance engineering • Apply JD Power brand guidelines to externally shown outputs • Contribute UX and frontend technology evaluations to the Emerging Technology Radar process • Propose Architecture Decision Records for adopted AI interaction patterns

🎯 Anforderungen

• Full-stack engineering experience with frontend depth • Ability to build backend services, wire up data sources, and produce polished production-quality interfaces • Production experience with AI-powered systems • Experience with streaming output, agent interaction surfaces, human-review workflows, trace inspection interfaces, or similar • Understanding that LLM systems are non-deterministic and require regular inspection • React or equivalent frontend experience • Experience with modern design systems • Ability to design interactions and implement them in code • Ability to work fluidly between Figma and code • Experience with agent observability tooling such as Langfuse, LangSmith, Phoenix/Arize, or equivalent • Data visualization for non-technical audiences • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards • Familiarity with the JD Power product ecosystem or user base • Eval harness design or familiarity with LLM-as-judge patterns • Strong product intuition regarding user needs from AI agents
