Beschreibung

• Engage with JFrog’s most strategic customers to ensure their success in their DevSecOps journey leveraging JFrog’s products • Partner with Sales account executives to build account strategy and activities and build long-lasting trust relationships with assigned JFrog customers • Educate engineers and executives on the JFrog platform’s fundamental capabilities and key value proposition across its broad set of capabilities • Represent JFrog at customer and public events and conferences • Work closely with Product & Engineering to provide firsthand field feedback and influence product features and roadmap based on customer insights • Keep current with technology trends related to DevOps, DevSecOps, MLOps, and IoT • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to broaden customer engagements and increase adoption of the JFrog Platform • Build relationships with key decision makers, visit customers on-site, and serve as a trusted technical point of contact

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years experience in enterprise presales/solutions engineering for Fortune 500 / 100 accounts with multi million dollar deals • Superb interpersonal, team playing, show and tell style, customer happiness obsession and “can do” attitude • Extensive customer-facing experience in a software infrastructure enterprise presales role • Docker, Kubernetes, CI, git, Artifactory, and build tools (Maven, Gradle, npm, Docker, etc.) • Ability to build software delivery pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, PyPI, and various DevOps tools • Knowledge of application security (AppSec) • Hands-on experience in Linux — Mandatory • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure — AWS / Azure / GCP — Mandatory • Experience with software development at scale, both on-premise and in the cloud • Experience with software architecture design, product development, and IT infrastructure is a plus • Ability to travel at least 50% throughout the US • Uncompromising will to learn • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Computer Science/Engineering Major is preferred
