Beschreibung

• Own customer onboarding end to end, from SIM provisioning and device configuration through a live and stable production deployment • Diagnose and resolve SIM-, device-, and network-level connectivity issues throughout the deployment lifecycle • Handle L2 escalations and partner with engineering on systemic issues • Lead automation work by identifying and eliminating valuable manual processes • Improve and automate technical onboarding from SIM order intake through provisioning and connectivity setup • Automate account-health monitoring and alerting for the Account Management team • Maintain and expand internal tooling, including AI-driven support tooling, and related internal and external documentation • Advocate for customers by surfacing product gaps and technical pain points to product and engineering • Write runbooks and hand work off so Solutions Engineers can complete build tickets • Extend automation across SIM order intake, billing configuration and reconciliation, and renewal administration with Revenue Operations and the account team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, including ownership of customer onboarding through to production • Solid understanding of cellular networks, IoT devices, various Radio Access Technologies (RATs), and communication protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and MQTT • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Ruby, SQL, and REST APIs • Track record of building automations or integrations against real operational workflows • Experience applying AI tooling to support, onboarding, or operational workflows • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and technical concepts • Ability to work independently across a wide range of technical problems and define approaches where no established process exists • Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM and record hygiene effects on downstream reporting (nice-to-have)
