Beschreibung

• Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large technology client. • Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables. • Oversee compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement. • Achieve financial and compliance results through annual sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it. • Own sourcing compliance and controls, including Contract and COI compliance. • Manage 3rd Party Supplier Performance Management Program, including collaboration with operations teams to develop scorecard and review results. • Develop and lead high-performing teams and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience. • Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred. • MBA, a plus • CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred. • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint • E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer. • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%) • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
