Beschreibung
• Act as the single point of contact for daily FM services across single or multiple sites • Matrix-manage technical, administrative, and delivery staff • Monitor SLAs across facilities • Manage corrective work orders from initiation to completion • Track hours and obtain approval for Not-To-Exceed (NTE) work • Conduct quarterly account reviews and seek continuous improvement
🎯 Anforderungen
• Minimum 5 years of facilities or property management experience in corporate environment • Solid knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems (MEP) • Strong financial management and budgeting skills • Experience using CMMS systems and reporting tools • Proficient in MS Office • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects efficiently
