Beschreibung

• Lead solution design for complex, cross-functional data and AI problems from discovery through technical blueprint • Evaluate tools and architectures across platforms, data sources, and integration patterns • Define and communicate architecture decisions, trade-offs, and delivery approaches • Design scalable, modular systems meeting reliability, security, and maintainability standards • Create architecture diagrams, data flow maps, API contracts, and solution briefs • Establish reusable architecture patterns and reference designs • Use AI coding assistants for prototyping and production implementation • Build custom plugins and skills for AI coding assistants • Redesign data pipelines and data flows, including source integration, transformation, and downstream delivery • Deploy and operate AI agents in production through AWS Bedrock AgentCore • Build front-end interfaces and dashboards for business users • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems • Implement and extend MCP servers and clients • Create evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and monitoring pipelines for agent reliability and safety • Define delivery practices and playbooks across cross-functional teams • Serve as technical escalation point for ambiguous or high-stakes portfolio problems • Mentor engineers on AI-assisted agentic development, plugin design, and rapid delivery • Embed with multiple teams to co-define problems and co-deliver solutions • Influence technical direction and communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience • Substantial experience in customer-facing or embedded technical delivery roles • Strong software architecture background across varied tools and platforms • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server/client implementation • Data engineering experience building and redesigning pipelines and data flows across varied sources • Full-stack development proficiency, including backend services, APIs, and front-end interfaces/dashboards • Experience mentoring engineers and defining technical standards adopted beyond personal work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent internal stakeholder relationships • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
