Beschreibung

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. • Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and customer demands. • Monitor production metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. • Manage and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance. • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations. • Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Knowledge of production processes and techniques • Familiarity with safety and quality standards and regulations • Proven track record of driving results and meeting production targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other production software.
