Beschreibung

• Develop and execute the long-term Hospital Operations strategy for the Spine business • Drive accountability to Area Vice Presidents and Regional Managers • Advise senior commercial and functional leaders on operational strategy and business performance • Develop scalable operating models, processes, and capabilities • Develop ISO conversion models and inventory needs assessments • Lead, coach, and develop managers and operational professionals • Establish talent and succession strategies • Drive employee engagement, professional development, and leadership capability-building • Provide executive oversight of orthopedic consignment inventory, loaner assets, and equipment deployment across the U.S. business • Drive annual field-inventory pullback and establish inventory optimization frameworks • Lead inventory allocation, forecasting, replenishment, and field-asset utilization governance • Represent the U.S. Commercial Organization in IBP and MBR strategy calls • Champion FSN strategy to improve inventory deployment effectiveness • Support commercial growth, market expansion, and customer engagement through operational infrastructure • Lead Catalyst inventory planning and allocation • Lead operational readiness and deployment for new product introductions • Improve customer experience, adoption, and sales-force effectiveness through operational innovation • Improve P&L health through inventory management and execute through the U.S. Sales organization • Establish data-driven operating frameworks using advanced analytics • Define and monitor business and operational performance metrics • Use predictive analytics and business intelligence tools for planning and investment decisions • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Global Operations • Drive stakeholder alignment and sponsor transformational change initiatives • Ensure compliance with healthcare, regulatory, quality, and company requirements • Establish governance and controls to mitigate operational risk • Provide executive oversight for compliance, audit readiness, and policy adherence

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, Medical Devices, or related fields • Minimum of 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and developing high-performing teams • Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise-wide operational strategies • Ability to influence senior leaders and lead large, cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment • Strong business acumen and ability to translate operational insights into strategic recommendations • Advanced analytical capabilities • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP, and other enterprise systems • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in Medical Device, Orthopaedics, Healthcare, or related industry strongly preferred • Experience leading operational transformation, inventory optimization, or commercial enablement initiatives preferred • Expertise in inventory strategy, field asset management, demand planning, and sales operations preferred • Understanding of healthcare regulations, supply chain management, and commercial execution models preferred
