Beschreibung

• Support day-to-day operations for Gloria J. McNeal Nurse Managed Clinic grant-funded initiatives • Oversee clinic operations across multiple site locations in Los Angeles and San Diego • Manage the Practice Fusion Electronic Health Record system • Monitor remote telemetric patient biometric data • Provide administrative and clinical support to advanced practice nurses, MSW students, and community health administrative staff • Collaborate with psychology, social services, nursing faculty, preceptors, and staff to ensure high-quality training and care delivery • Direct grant activities with internal and external partners • Assist with outcome reporting systems, federal grant communications, budgets, and Principal Investigator project duties • Co-author publications and reports related to clinic outcomes • Collect data for the federal Uniform Data System (UDS) • Build relationships with community leaders, social service agencies, and CBOs to expand clinic services • Complete grant-funded activities and quarterly/final reports in accordance with HRSA guidelines • Maintain outcomes assessment for grant-funded initiatives • Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Community Health Administration Coordinator • Manage vendor contracts, payments, and contracted services • Manage daily clinic operations and patient-centered service delivery • Address patient concerns, troubleshoot in real time, and maintain clinic flow • Optimize clinic hours, scheduling, and appointment systems • Create provider calendars in Practice Fusion • Develop and enforce clinic policies, procedures, operational systems, and workflow improvements • Support billing and credentialing processes • Maintain clinical evaluation tools and annual evaluations • Ensure adherence to licensing and scope-of-practice requirements • Implement systems aligned with revenue goals, productivity benchmarks, and efficiency targets • Communicate with clinic staff, providers, patients, and external stakeholders • Participate in community outreach, health fairs, and public events • Screen and interview candidates, assign work, delegate tasks, and determine corrective action with HR

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master of Science in Nursing required • Current and unencumbered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Certification and Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure required • Active California furnishing number, National Provider Identifier (NPI), and DEA registration number required • Current national and state board certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an approved organization such as ANCC, AANP, or NCC required • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership required • At least 5 years of experience in higher education student success programming, grants management, or related work with Hispanic adult learners preferred • Experience coordinating or managing federal grant programs preferred • Background working in or with communities of color or other underserved populations preferred • Evidence of prior experience serving in a nurse faculty position preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and SharePoint • Skilled in Adobe, Practice Fusion, and PeopleSoft/Student Information Systems (e.g., SOAR) • Proficient in data entry and completing online reporting forms for local, state, federal, and private grants • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% to ensure clinical practice consistency across all clinic locations
