Beschreibung

• Own the operational execution of new customer test kit launches, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and preparing programs for go-live • Coordinate directly with customers on launch activities, open items, and operational requirements • Partner with laboratory providers, fulfillment partners, and internal teams to coordinate workflows • Own post-launch monitoring of test kit programs and identify operational issues or opportunities • Monitor inventory availability, fulfillment accuracy, shipping timelines, sample processing, turnaround times, and customer experience metrics • Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution with laboratory and 3PL partners • Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and reporting on program health and performance • Identify recurring issues and help implement process improvements • Build relationships with customers, laboratory partners, and fulfillment providers • Document workflows, processes, and best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, implementation, or similar • Ability to drive work to completion without constant direction • Experience coordinating launches, implementations, or operational programs • Ability to investigate root causes and coordinate resolution • Comfortable communicating with customers, laboratories, fulfillment providers, and internal teams • Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and metrics • Experience improving workflows, documentation, or systems • Healthcare, diagnostics, lab operations, or at-home testing experience is a plus • Experience with labs, diagnostics, or healthcare operations is nice to have • Experience supporting at-home testing or medical device programs is nice to have • Experience with 3PL providers is nice to have • Experience managing customer implementations or launches is nice to have • Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or similar is nice to have • Must be physically based in the GMT or EST timezones • Must be physically based in the NYC metro area • Must not require visa sponsorship
