Beschreibung

• Set and evolve the Cloud Platforms capability strategy aligned with Sector and wider BU strategies • Define and maintain client-facing Services and Accelerators and reusable supporting collateral • Deliver external thought leadership and build the capability’s profile • Align capability support to Sector-led pursuits and sales • Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders, clients, partners and industry forums • Shape the capability’s long-term talent and skills strategy • Partner with Operational and Talent Acquisition teams on workforce plans • Set priorities for capability-wide learning, development and skills uplift • Foster professional identity, belonging, engagement, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing • Define and advocate standards, patterns, methodologies and best practices supporting delivery quality • Evolve services and skills toward an AI-first approach • Identify and manage capability risks and succession plans

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience leading within a technology professional services organisation • Experience owning or evolving client-facing services, workforce planning and commercial growth outcomes • Experience defining and executing strategy across a technology capability, practice or service portfolio across multiple teams or business units • Track record of influencing business growth through market engagement, sales support, strategic partnerships or new service offerings • Demonstrable leadership success creating and evolving strategy with outcomes in thought leadership, innovation, talent development and growth • Deep, recognised credibility in the relevant capability specialism, including technical and commercial expertise • Ability to develop senior relationships and operate as a recognised internal and external leader • People-oriented approach with ability to shape future vision and strategy and lead implementation plans • Strong decision-making capability balancing inclusivity and collaboration with business outcomes • Evidence of innovating or driving initiatives that improve capability, team effectiveness or performance • Desirable: experience leading significant capability initiatives such as strategy development, thought leadership, workforce planning, or talent and skills development • Commitment to personal and professional development • Passion for developing others and sharing in their success
