Beschreibung

• Design and implement secure, cloud-based software solutions for clients • Work with technology teams in a multi-disciplinary Agile team • Implement DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle • Embed vulnerability management, threat modelling, secret scanning, container security, SAST, and DAST practices • Automate security artifact generation • Provide application security or cloud security subject matter expertise • Share knowledge about threats and vulnerabilities and identify appropriate security controls • Increase cyber security awareness within delivery teams • Collaborate daily with application development and cloud platform teams to plan and prioritise SSDLC security requirements • Recommend cloud security best practices and automate compliance with security baselines such as CIS Benchmarks • Implement automated security tooling in CI pipelines • Work with external organisations to plan, scope, and facilitate penetration tests • Review and prioritise security tool outputs into actionable security stories • Verify implementation of security principles, architectural patterns, and requirements • Drive adoption of cyber security practices within Agile teams • Coach and develop junior team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience implementing application security or cloud platform security • Experience in the Defence Sector • Active Security Clearance • Detailed understanding of web application security • Understanding of modern cryptography, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, hashing, and digital signatures • Understanding of threat modelling, vulnerability management, application security testing, and penetration testing • Experience integrating application security tools such as static and dynamic analysis into the SSDLC • Experience using modern version control systems such as Git • Experience using Bash, PowerShell, Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript, Terraform, ARM Templates, Ansible, or similar automation technologies • Ability to convey security issues to technical and non-technical people • Industry-recognised Cyber Security qualification desirable • AWS or Azure mid-level certifications desirable • Participation in the cyber security community desirable • Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban desirable
