Beschreibung

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers, focusing on Compensation. • Lead post-deployment activities for Workday Compensation implementations. • Configure and optimize Workday solutions based on customer needs. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery. • Provide expert guidance and support in Compensation modules. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Kainos' Workday practice. • Lead a functional workstream on a prime implementation throughout the full project lifecycle. • Mentor and/or line manage more junior consultants. • Rotate through Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong understanding of Workday or other HCM products, including Compensation and Advanced Compensation. • Excellent customer focus and ability to assess needs, build relationships, and manage expectations. • Strong communication skills, including communicating effectively in remote working situations. • Ability to formally present to senior client audiences. • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics. • Broad business and technology understanding. • Awareness of industry trends in Human Resource Management, Financials, Enterprise Resource Planning, or Payroll. • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure. • Ability to lead a functional workstream throughout the full project lifecycle. • Willingness and ability to act as a role model and mentor or line manage junior consultants. • Ability to rotate through Workday Consulting and Application Management Services. • Professional qualifications in the area of expertise are nice to have. • Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation certifications are nice to have.
