Beschreibung

• Configure and analyze extraction and connection campaigns targeting leads within the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) using Sales Navigator and Dux, creating engagement flows that maximize the number of qualified meetings. • Identify leads’ pain points, challenges and opportunities that can be resolved by our company, in order to personalize the sales approach. • Conduct prior research and analysis of the target company’s profile and the decision-makers who will be invited to the demo. • Strategically qualify leads using research techniques to ensure only the most promising opportunities advance through the sales funnel. • Make cold calls and reach out via corporate social networks to schedule the highest number of qualified demos possible. • Send personalized LinkedIn messages and emails to qualified leads to build connections, educate the market and spark interest in the product. • Perform consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships with potential clients, creating a favorable scenario for conversion after the demo. • Keep the CRM (GoHighLevel) and other internal spreadsheets meticulously updated, recording all interactions and lead progress. • Actively manage the demo calendar, including scheduling, confirmations and rescheduling, always acting with attention and proactivity. • Collaborate with the sales closers to ensure scheduled meetings are highly productive, providing all necessary context about the lead. • Strictly meet deadlines and targets set by management.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Fluent English, as all communication with leads in the US market will be in English. • Currently studying or graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management or related fields. • Proven experience in prospecting and making cold calls. • Previous experience in lead qualification and B2B sales. • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Proactivity and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM software (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus), social networks and electronic calendaring tools. • Experience and confidence conducting remote meetings via Teams, Google Meet, etc.
