Beschreibung

• Lead and support functional workstreams during Workday implementations, including: Payroll Absence Time Tracking Financials • Perform hands-on configuration across: Business Process Framework (BPF) Organizational structures Eligibility rules and calculations • Conduct: Discovery sessions Requirements workshops Design discussions Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) where required Identify gaps and recommend Workday-native solutions aligned with best practices • Actively participate in: Conference Room Pilots (CRP1, CRP2) Unit Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Assist in go-live and hypercare phases • Work closely with: Integration consultants Reporting teams Client SMEs and stakeholders Support cross-functional alignment to ensure successful delivery

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4–9+ years of Workday functional experience • Minimum 1–2 full lifecycle Workday implementations (mandatory) • At least 2+ years of experience with a Workday partner organization • Active Workday certifications with willingness to transfer to E1 • Strong hands-on configuration expertise in at least one module: Payroll Absence Time Tracking Financials • Solid understanding of: Workday business processes Configuration dependencies across modules
