Beschreibung

• Support pursuit management team from opportunity identification through award. • Collaborate with Capture and Solution Architect team members to fully understand client desires and requirements. • Support development of solutions targeted to deliver against client desires and requirements. • Translate solution concepts into compelling graphics and slides. • Deeply understand complex technical material, narratives, and storyboards, and translate them into clear, accurate, and structured slide content. • Engage with dense subject matter and produce high‑quality, visually compelling, content‑rich presentations that effectively communicate key messages. • Develop proposal content for technical, management, and scenario responses. • Collaborate with authors of other proposal sections to maintain message alignment across all proposal sections and volumes. • Apply FEDSIM-specific oral proposal methodologies and scoring strategies to maximize evaluation outcomes. • Collaborate in real-time with graphic artists and SMEs to develop visually impactful slides that clearly convey technical solutions and win themes. • Research and capture best practices from previous submissions, debriefs, and answers to follow-up questions. • Perform all other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Technical Degree plus 12+ years that includes 8 in industry and 4 in BD. • Experience developing oral proposals for FEDSIM and other large (>$200M) opportunities. • Strong project management skills including team facilitation and management of resources and schedules. • Excellent communication/presentation skills including persuasive writing skills. • Superior organization and follow-through skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability. • Excellent business acumen. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and assignments. • Ability to lead and work together as a team, either in a support role or as a project leader. • Ability to translate objectives into a schedule and series of activities to meet requirements. • Must be willing to learn new skills. • Strong work ethic with the willingness to work overtime on short notice. • Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft 365 including Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
