Beschreibung

• Deliver partner training on Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices. • Collaborate on designing and delivering training programs covering products, services, positioning, and competitive advantages. • Create and curate training content, including presentations, webinars, and product guides, tailored to partner segments. • Define and track KPIs to evaluate partner enablement program effectiveness. • Provide management with regular reports and insights on partner performance and enablement impact. • Build relationships with advanced regional partners and act as a primary contact and technical champion for inquiries and issues. • Provide ongoing partner support, answer technical questions, and overcome obstacles. • Transition projects from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support and Customer Success teams through steady-state handoffs. • Handle partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively. • Validate that business goals are defined and achieved. • Reduce time to value through structured project playbooks. • Collaborate with sales and global services teams so partners can scope and deliver Keyfactor projects effectively. • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align business priorities and ensure consistent partner messaging.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. • Comprehensive understanding of IT frameworks and standards. • In-depth knowledge of company operations, industry regulations, and advanced methodologies. • Ability to analyze complex issues and contribute to strategic initiatives. • Experience in large enterprise IT environments via services delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement. • Strong consultation skills with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders. • Moderate proficiency with Windows Server operating systems. • Understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals. • Moderate technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Effective time management and prioritization skills with complex partner deployments. • Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services. • Proficiency with Unix/Linux. • Moderate scripting development using Microsoft tools, including SQL and PowerShell. • Willingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as needed. • Competency with Microsoft 365. • Knowledge of Kerberos protocol and OAuth authentication. • Knowledge of the EJBCA product stack. • Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers.
