Beschreibung

• Own and prioritise the product backlog across AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot and OEM products • Write user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies • Maintain and update the product roadmap • Make day-to-day prioritisation decisions within the Senior Product Manager’s strategic direction • Gather and translate requirements from Customer Success, Commercial and Delivery teams • Support the Senior Product Manager with OEM product initiatives • Track and report delivery metrics, progress and risks • Provide stakeholders with roadmap, priority and delivery timeline updates • Coordinate product releases, launch readiness, release notes and internal communications • Link Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams • Report to the Senior Product Manager • Help deliver digital transformation technology connecting car dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers and car buyers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst within a SaaS environment • Proven experience managing product backlogs and working closely with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements and features • Strong ability to write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and reviews • Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills, balancing customer, business and technical needs • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams • Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities • Experience with AI, conversational AI or chatbot products would be advantageous • Knowledge of CRM, DMS or automotive technology is beneficial • No academic qualifications required; selection based on experience and potential
