Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems • Own key trading stack components end-to-end, from architecture through production operation • Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve trading performance and resilience • Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure for performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence • Troubleshoot complex production issues involving exchange connectivity, execution, and market data • Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring • Leverage AI-assisted workflows, automate operational tasks, and evolve agentic tooling • Contribute to functional, component, and production-readiness testing for critical trading components

🎯 Anforderungen

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems • Proficiency with Tokio is a strong advantage • Hands-on experience in systematic trading, such as HFT, market making, or quantitative trading • Solid understanding of execution, market data, and operational risk • Strong AWS and Linux expertise • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads • Shell scripting, debugging, and production troubleshooting skills • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages • Deep familiarity with FIX, REST, WebSocket, exchange connectivity, and market data feeds • Understanding of low-latency networking, including TCP, UDP, packet and latency path analysis, dedicated network infrastructure, and DPDK • Familiarity with LLMs, MCP APIs, AI-first IDEs, harness engineering, and workflow automation • Ability to make architectural decisions, explain trade-offs, and guide implementation across complex systems • Senior-level ownership, reliability, initiative, operational diligence, technical leadership, curiosity, and communication skills • Experience with Rust in a trading environment • Ability to pass required background checks as a prerequisite to joining Keyrock • Candidates must be located in European time zones
