Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven solutions using Python, LLM frameworks, APIs, and modern AI tooling • Build and evolve generative AI and agentic systems • Design architectures, technical specifications, and participate in design reviews • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions • Deliver high-quality unit- and integration-tested components • Follow best practices and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Contribute to feature estimation, system enhancements, and continuous optimization of algorithms and AI performance • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and Scrum activities • Take ownership beyond the core scope and support broader team initiatives • Improve user experience in the warehouse management product using LLM models

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in software engineering with strong Python skills • Experience in AI/GenAI, including LangChain, Google ADK, LLMs, and agentic systems • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions, including RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, AI APIs, and web services • Strong data skills with PostgreSQL and vector databases • Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices • Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps • Experience with unit and integration testing • Experience with Git • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with VS Code and PyCharm • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills • Prompt engineering expertise • Understanding of responsible AI, including bias and safety • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Agile mindset • Domain exposure to retail, logistics, or supply chain is desirable • Mentoring experience is desirable
