Beschreibung

• Lead and support Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) initiatives for government customers • Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of ICAM program activities • Serve as the primary point of contact for ICAM-related inquiries • Lead the development and implementation of ICAM strategies • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams • Collaborate with government stakeholders to define ICAM requirements • Oversee the integration of ICAM solutions with existing enterprise systems • Monitor and assess program performance • Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity frameworks • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Support the development of ICAM-related policies and procedures • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) or related cybersecurity disciplines • 3+ years of experience in a program management or leadership role supporting federal government IT programs • Okta and SailPoint experience • Exceptional communication skills in English – both written and oral • Strong knowledge of federal ICAM frameworks • Demonstrated experience managing and implementing enterprise identity solutions • Experience with directory services • Working knowledge of identity federation protocols • Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture principles • Experience with PIV/CAC credentialing • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • Active Secret Clearance
