Beschreibung

• Drive meaningful growth within an existing portfolio of insurance accounts • Own, run, and grow targeted accounts focusing on modernization of mission-critical business lines • Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and senior executives • Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives • Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets • Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements • Shape Kyndryl's strategic initiatives aligning with the company's broader vision

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep expertise in the Specialty Insurance market • Strong understanding of specialty underwriting, broker-driven distribution, and tailored policy structures • Proven ability to build pipeline and close deals within Specialty Insurance • Ability to identify whitespace opportunities and position transformation-led engagements • Strong understanding of insurance core platforms, including: Policy Administration Systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.) • Ability to articulate how Agentic AI transforms claims, including FNOL, triage, adjudication, and fraud detection • Established relationships across Specialty carriers, brokers, and MGAs • Comfort engaging at the CXO level with credibility, gravitas, and the ability to advise on both business strategy and technology transformation
