Beschreibung

• Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance • Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians • Prioritize tickets to deliver effective client solutions • Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities • Cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders • Perform z/OS automation software conversion and transformation • Create integrations between z/OS automation software and platforms or tools including z/VM, OMEGAMON, SYSVIEW, MainView, ServiceNow, Remedy, and Netcool • Install, customize, and upgrade GDPS and integrate new systems into existing GDPS environments • Implement, test, and validate Hyperswap • Develop disaster recovery and high availability processes • Prepare and validate software and hardware upgrades for mainframes and z/OS, IMS, CICS, DB2, and MQ • Create and maintain automated solutions using change and incident tools • Implement AI solutions in practice

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep knowledge of automation tools such as Broadcom OPS MVS, MainView Auto Operator, IBM AF OPER, and System Automation • Deep REXX programming knowledge • Experience with z/OS automation software conversion and transformation • Ability to integrate z/OS automation software with z/VM, OMEGAMON, SYSVIEW, MainView, ServiceNow, Remedy, Netcool, and other platforms • Experience installing, customizing, and upgrading GDPS • Ability to integrate new systems into an existing GDPS environment • Ability to implement, test, and validate Hyperswap • Knowledge of disaster recovery and high availability processes • Experience preparing and validating mainframe, z/OS, IMS, CICS, DB2, and MQ upgrades • Knowledge of change and incident management tools • AI knowledge and practical implementation experience • Ability to converse in English and/or Spanish • Growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development • Customer-focused approach • Inclusive and collaborative working style • Preferred: Mainframe Modernization • Preferred: Mainframe integration with hyperscaler solutions
