Beschreibung

• Shape the organization's long-term vision and drive growth through differentiated technologies and mission solutions • Ensure alignment with Department of War and international customer security priorities • Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, including goal setting and resource allocation • Conduct research, analysis and recommendations supporting strategic growth • Monitor DoD acquisition trends, funding pathways such as POM cycles, and competitive landscapes • Assess disruptive technologies, emerging trends, innovation and competitors to create growth plans • Assist segments with complex capture strategies for major programs • Identify growth opportunities through investment, M&A or strategic alliances • Partner with Business Development, Government Relations, Engineering and Business Strategy • Manage executive and Board projects involving strategic planning, markets, R&D, strategic and operational analyses, and comparison studies • Develop and implement corporate and business segment strategic growth initiatives • Lead and contribute as a member of the Corporate Strategy team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering or other related quantitative field with 10 years prior experience • Graduate Degree with 8 years prior experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience • Minimum of 10 years of leadership in defense, aerospace, or national security sectors • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills • Very strong MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skills • Strong project management skills • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in strategic frameworks such as SWOT • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance • Professional Services/Consulting experience preferred • Aerospace and defense industry experience preferred • MBA or MBA in process preferred • Strategy consulting experience preferred • Travel up to 25%
