Beschreibung

• Own the day-to-day execution, performance, and management of assigned Ladder teams • Review and analyze workout programming and maintain a 5-star standard for member-facing experiences • Own new team launches, coach onboarding, and alignment with target members • Serve as the primary liaison between Ladder and assigned coaches • Shape programming strategy with coaches, including training goals, progression, and evolution • Help coaches deliver programming, coaching, media, and community experiences • Own the metrics driving team success • Meet regularly with coaches to turn data and feedback into actionable guidance • Complete team workouts regularly and stay active in Team Chat • Monitor team performance through platform metrics and member feedback • Build surveys when needed data does not exist • Understand target members, their needs, and training motivations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years in business operations, program/project management, or account management • Current fitness certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or similar) • Ability to analyze workout programming and assess its quality • Ability to pull, interpret, and diagnose data • Ability to quickly learn Google Workspace, Amplitude, Claude, and in-house systems • Ability to build and analyze surveys • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-agency environments • Member-obsessed mindset and commitment to 5-star experiences • Diagnostic and data-backed approach • Strong organization and attention to detail • Systems-minded approach • AI-native working style • High agency and ability to solve problems independently
