Beschreibung

• Administer and provide logistical support to the Wholesale Department • Provide customer service to wholesale accounts and support wholesale department growth • Enter and process orders • Action production updates and clean/prepare orders prior to launch • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and related administration • Coordinate wholesale distribution operations, including in-season stock requests and returns • Liaise with and support the warehouse team on order dispatch • Assist with monthly and seasonal reports, including analysis of sales figures and best/worst sellers • Assist with reporting on wholesale KPIs and sales results • Work with key departments to meet wholesale account needs • Build relationships with global key accounts to maximise and deepen partnerships • Nurture internal relationships across departments and stakeholders • Assist the Global Wholesale Manager with wholesale indent sales and re-orders • Assist with event execution and special projects • Assist booking clients for seasonal sales • Support customer orders to meet deadlines and ensure correct processing

🎯 Anforderungen

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus • High level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate and work autonomously • Motivated, self-disciplined, and able to show initiative • Strong computer skills, including Excel • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to problem solve, prioritise, and multitask in a dynamic environment
