Beschreibung

• Rebuild and maintain a full-stack web application across frontend and backend • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design • Own the planning and development of features for the Next.js/Node.js/Python platform • Take accountability for solution quality and timely delivery • Apply expert hands-on Next.js and TypeScript skills to produce production-grade code • Work across backend data-processing services and PostgreSQL databases • Maintain and improve fast, reliable, automated CI/CD pipelines • Implement or manage observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing • Apply modern unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies • Use AI coding assistants to improve development efficiency while maintaining production-level quality • Make technical recommendations and connect technical priorities to business outcomes • Collaborate with engineers and clients to communicate complex technical ideas

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer working with modern web applications • Expert-level, hands-on ability with Next.js, React, and TypeScript • Deep experience with PostgreSQL and modern ORMs, especially Prisma • Experience with type-safe APIs such as tRPC • Experience with monorepo architectures such as Turborepo or Nx • Familiarity with React state management, including Tanstack Query and Zustand • Experience working effectively with AI coding agents • Strong understanding of modern unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to engineers and clients • Ability to work independently, proactively own outcomes, and contribute to a small, close-knit team • Experience with Tailwind CSS and modern component libraries such as shadcn/ui is an advantage • Experience with form libraries such as React Hook Form is an advantage • Understanding of background job systems such as Trigger.dev is an advantage • Experience with E2E testing frameworks is an advantage • Understanding and experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage • Experience implementing or managing observability tools, including logging, monitoring, and tracing, is an advantage • Experience with authentication systems is an advantage • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a bonus • Prior exposure to AI, ML, or data-driven platforms is a bonus • Familiarity with distributed teams and cross-timezone collaboration is a bonus
