• Own Later's end-to-end growth marketing strategy, connecting product marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle to pipeline and revenue targets • Own and allocate the growth marketing budget across channels • Establish goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks • Build differentiated growth motions for Later Influence, Later Social, and Creator/Affiliate • Set annual and quarterly team planning rhythms • Lead, coach, and develop approximately 12 marketers across product marketing, digital marketing, and growth marketing • Make hiring and organizational structure decisions • Foster a culture of testing, learning, and AI-enabled operations • Direct paid media across paid social, paid search, video, and display • Guide SEO and AEO strategy • Own email and in-app lifecycle strategy for brand and creator audiences • Drive conversion rate optimization and web strategy • Build and optimize account-based marketing programs • Own attribution and marketing measurement with RevOps and MarketingOps • Lead quarterly testing roadmaps and analyze campaign performance • Ensure clean data flows between CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools • Optimize conversion funnels across all lines of business • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, Product Marketing, Web, and Creator teams • Represent growth marketing performance to senior leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing • Experience owning a multi-million dollar budget and a revenue number • 5+ years leading and developing marketing teams, including managing managers or senior specialists • Player-coach experience leading a team while personally owning execution • Depth in paid media, SEO and AEO, lifecycle and email, and web CRO • Experience building and scaling demand in B2B SaaS, PLG, or marketplace environments • Experience with both enterprise and self-serve motions ideally • Strong command of attribution modeling, experiment design, and funnel analysis • Comfort with GA4, Amplitude, Looker, or Mode • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Iterable, or Braze • Clear, direct communication with working teams and executive audiences • Experience marketing to or through creators, or in the social, influencer, or commerce space, is a bonus • Experience partnering closely with Sales on ABM or enterprise pipeline is a bonus
