Beschreibung

• Lead the design of supply chain and logistics software for a federal health customer. • Design and build complex components of a federal supply chain platform. • Work directly with customer stakeholders and delivery teams. • Set coding and design standards and review work against them. • Break large specifications into work a team can deliver incrementally. • Own technical decisions and the documentation that explains them. • Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar across the team. • Stay close to implementation and ensure technical direction remains grounded in the build.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of professional software development experience. • Demonstrated ownership of technical direction for a system or product line. • Depth in one backend language and its ecosystem, shown by production systems you designed and shipped end-to-end, not just contributed to. • API and service design connecting legacy systems to modern services, including versioning and backward compatibility. • Building and deploying containerized services on Kubernetes or OpenShift through a DevSecOps pipeline with automated security scanning before release. • Building to Section 508 accessibility standards during development, not as post-release remediation. • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust). • Applicants need to be a US Citizen. • Applicants must have physically resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 years due to background investigation requirements. • Applicants selected will be subject to a Security Investigation and may need to meet requirements for access to Protected and/or Classified Information. • Preferred: Experience on federal health IT programs. • Preferred: Supply chain, logistics, inventory or asset management systems experience. • Preferred: Cloud-native development and migration of legacy applications into a federal cloud environment. • Preferred: Healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR or DICOM. • Preferred: Data migration from legacy systems, including mapping, transformation and validation. • Preferred: Experience in SAFe at scale, including Program Increment planning. • Preferred: Familiarity with federal IT governance and approved-tooling processes.
