Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain operational policies to support international teams. • Be a project planner for international initiatives. • Serve as a liaison between international teams and the U.S. Operations. • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Staff Engagement departments. • Assist with Crisis Management in policy compliance and guideline implementation. • Create, review, and update operational policies for international teams. • Conduct regular policy audits to identify areas for improvement. • Analyze existing workflows to identify efficiency opportunities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills • Interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to foster team development and healthy team culture • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Raise and maintain 105% of your monthly financial support goal. • Required domestic travel within the U.S. to collaborate with other departments.
