Beschreibung

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after engagement • Provide regular updates regarding treatment and case progress • Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy • Assist in resolving client concerns and maintaining strong relationships • Monitor treatment progress and medical care plans • Track appointments and follow up care • Communicate with medical providers to obtain updates when needed • Collect relevant information from clients and providers • Identify important case details that may impact case value • Communicate updates to pre litigation attorneys and paralegals • Maintain accurate and organized case files in the firm’s case management system • Ensure documentation is complete and properly recorded • Facilitate communication between clients, medical providers, and the legal team • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of two years of experience in personal injury law or medical case coordination • Experience managing a high volume of client files • Strong documentation and case management software skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • A compassionate and client-focused approach to service • Must reside within the United States
