Beschreibung

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and support sales efforts. • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to prepare reports and presentations. • Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary. • Collaborate with team members to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement. • Uphold professional phone etiquette during all customer interactions.

🎯 Anforderungen

• United States Citizens or Resident • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. • Previous experience in sales or customer support roles is highly desirable. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using various computer applications. • Experience in a call center environment is advantageous. • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. • Ability to analyze information effectively and provide actionable insights. • Demonstrated cash handling experience is beneficial. • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding client services.
