Beschreibung

• Lead Build vs. Buy vs. Partner evaluations for AI ecosystem components • Define the company's AI tooling architecture and integrations with CRM, advertising, and analytics systems • Build guardrails to prevent unnecessary or excessive token use • Own the technical AI roadmap, dependencies, and trade-off communication • Assess the evolving AI landscape and recommend adopting, replacing, or retiring tools • Implement agentic AI solutions and multi-step AI workflows across tools and departments • Ensure solutions are reliable, auditable, and include appropriate guardrails and failure handling • Own AI solutions end to end: design, build, deploy, monitor, and improve • Partner with internal teams and external vendors on integrations • Maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, and dependencies • Monitor post-deployment performance and iterate based on usage and feedback • Support training programs and own technical accuracy of training materials • Create accessible guides and demos for varied technical audiences • Serve as an internal AI resource for questions, troubleshooting, and best practices • Promote responsible AI usage and establish organizational norms • Translate operational findings into technically sound solution designs with the AI Business Process Analyst • Align with department leads and leadership on priorities, blockers, and initiative progress • Support change management and team readiness • Surface SOC 2 and data-handling implications before build work starts • Triage and resolve UAT issues • Prepare release packages, technical documentation, and rollback plans before go-live

🎯 Anforderungen

• A portfolio of AI solutions personally built and deployed, with clear evidence of business impact • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and tools, including Claude/Claude Code, Gemini, and Monday.com AI • Experience integrating AI tools across CRMs, ad platforms, and analytics systems • Strong understanding of AI applications in performance marketing, media, analytics, or lead generation environments (preferred) • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Experience training or enabling staff on new tools and technologies • Well versed in working within SOC 2 data security requirements • Experience working with IT and Security teams to configure SSO and role-based access in AI tools and applications; Okta experience preferred • Direct experience deploying applications built on Claude or comparable LLMs; API integration preferred • Practical, outcome-oriented mindset • Experience with AEO/SEO is a plus • Remote applicants must be in CST or EST timezones
