Beschreibung

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines. • Track and report on recruiting progress, pipeline health, and hiring timelines. • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates regarding timelines, next steps, and outcomes. • Partner with hiring managers and the CFO to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and priorities. • Assist with job postings, offer preparation, and pre-employment processes as needed. • Help develop and improve recruiting processes, documentation, and employer branding initiatives. • Support additional Operations or HR-related projects as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related coordination or operations role. • Experience supporting multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-moving environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable style. • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS). • Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other online platforms. • Demonstrated interest in recruiting, hiring strategy, and people operations. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and remote-first environment.
