Beschreibung

• Support the development and implementation of process and solution improvements • Gather business requirements and functional specifications • Assess current systems to identify areas for improvement • Update leadership and communicate with executive stakeholders • Deliver commercially viable solutions across platforms and channels • Build roadmaps, epics, and user stories • Work closely with developers using Agile methodologies • Analyze existing information systems to meet business needs • Test new functionalities as problems arise • Provide updates to stakeholders based on data analysis • Align personal behaviors with company core values

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years’ experience including increasing technical and analytical experience • Experience with eCommerce, supply chain, retail operations, accounting/finance (including a basic understanding of accounting and financial processes), and marketing • Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Netsuite, and Domo preferred • Basic experience with SQL /MySQL for reporting purposes • Experience and knowledge of collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, MS Dev Ops, Workfront) • Decision making skills / bias for action • Ability to work using Agile methodologies as well as independently • Ability to translate technical requirements and solutions into business language (and vice versa) • Skills to work with business stakeholders to understand application issues and/or future functionality. • Good understanding of QA processes and how to ensure data integrity • Undergraduate degree
