Beschreibung

• Analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end business processes within the SAP ecosystem • Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency gains • Reduce costs and increase system adoption across the organization • Map and document current-state business processes across SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP • Identify process gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies • Develop and implement improvement roadmaps • Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring SAP process failures • Collaborate with technical teams to align system changes with process improvements • Support SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and rollouts • Lead workshops to gather requirements and build consensus • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline • 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with demonstrable expertise in at least two core modules • Proven track record of leading process improvement projects with quantifiable outcomes • Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA architecture, integration points, and best practices • Proficiency in process-mapping tools (e.g., Signavio, Celonis, Visio, ARIS) and project management platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate or higher in a relevant module • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery frameworks • Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Intelligent RPA • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification
