Beschreibung

• Develop and execute integrated content strategies supporting product launches, marketing programs, and business initiatives • Create and maintain cohesive messaging frameworks, themes, and narratives across launches, programs, and customer touchpoints • Research target audiences through content audits, customer and market research, competitive analysis, performance metrics, and other data • Write and oversee high-quality, audience-focused content while maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency • Shepherd the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and ensure timely content delivery for product launches • Write and edit product lifecycle content, including product messaging, web copy, sell sheets, application stories, email, social, video scripts, and sales enablement materials • Develop and optimize content strategies for SEO, AEO, and GEO across search engines, AI-powered answer platforms, and generative AI platforms • Identify new content opportunities, formats, and approaches to improve content delivery and experience • Measure, analyze, and report content performance using KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Partner with Marketing leadership to evolve content strategies and optimize audience engagement • Support customer-journey progression by increasing discovery, awareness, trust, engagement, and customer action • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• B.A. in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field, or evidence of related experience • 5-7 years of related experience, specifically copywriting or content development • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of marketing and SEO content and site optimization • SEO Certification preferred • Experience with AEO and GEO is a plus • Portfolio of writing samples and published work • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment and work effectively in a team to meet deadlines • Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical products • Writing sample required during the interview process
