Beschreibung

• Deliver well-defined stories from the team's backlog with teammate support • Write, test, and debug code across a C#/.NET and SQL Server core • Gain exposure to React and Node (TypeScript) with Postgres on newer products • Learn the team's codebase and educator licensure domain • Participate in code reviews, receiving and giving feedback • Contribute to testing, documentation, and production support • Participate in all ceremonies as a member of a self-managing Scrum team • Commit to delivery with the team • Work with the manager toward progression to Software Engineer II • Report to the Senior Software Engineering Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and coding fluency in at least one language • Foundational full-stack web development knowledge, including web requests, client/server relationships, HTML, and the DOM • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, source control, testing, and CI/CD • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL • Intellectual curiosity and strong drive to grow and improve • Willingness to ask for help and ability to retain and build on learned information • Clear written and verbal communication • Collaborative disposition and genuine interest in solving problems for schools • Preferred: exposure to C#/.NET or another object-oriented language such as Java • Preferred: exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue • Preferred: familiarity with a major public cloud provider; the company builds in Azure • Preferred: internship, co-op, apprenticeship, or personal project experience shipping working software • Preferred: interest in education, public sector technology, or mission-driven work
