Beschreibung

• Tackle complex, open-ended, cross-functional business questions and structure ambiguity • Analyze business models, revenue streams, growth drivers, and sustainability • Connect individual business performance to the consolidated picture • Build financial models and analysis from the ground up • Find, access, and validate data, including using SQL and BI tools • Improve in-year and long-range forecasting methodologies and accuracy • Own monthly and quarterly finance processes, reviews, and reporting • Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to senior finance and business leaders • Report to the Director, Strategic Finance & Insights and work directly with the VP Finance and CFO

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous or unowned problems • Strong financial modelling skills, including driver-based models and three-statement analysis • Experience working directly with data using SQL or an equivalent querying tool and a BI platform • Strong business curiosity and ability to investigate financial drivers • Ability to challenge assumptions and numbers while building trusted business relationships • Strong communication skills for finance and non-finance audiences • Experience in a complex business with multiple revenue streams or business models • Availability to work within EST/EDT hours • Must be eligible to work in Canada; visa sponsorship requirements may apply based on eligibility
