Beschreibung

• Support development and execution of Lime’s enterprise planning and operating system • Translate the Long Range Plan into annual plans and budgets • Build and maintain Long Range Plan and TAM/SAM models • Support capital allocation analysis • Support planning cycles, business reviews, OKRs, and enterprise priority tracking • Maintain visibility on progress and execution risks • Support development of Lime’s competitive intelligence capability • Track competitor activity and contribute insights for leadership decisions • Structure and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives • Build analyses, track progress, and ensure follow-through • Support development of board materials, analysis, and governance documentation • Analyze high-impact strategic questions and support recommendations for leadership • Work across functions and support the Chief of Staff and executive leadership team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or similar roles • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and solving structured problems • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into clear recommendations • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time • Must be authorized to work in the country in which the job is posted • English language proficiency required
