Beschreibung

• Build and maintain cloud-native applications and services using C#, .NET, and Azure • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Fabric environments • Establish Bronze/Silver/Gold Medallion data architecture for internal analytics and external self-service • Provide 3rd-line support by diagnosing complex production issues across systems, cloud, and data layers • Develop deployment automation, observability, monitoring, alerts, logging, and reliability processes • Prototype and integrate LLM-driven solutions for self-service, analytics, and development efficiency • Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams from concept through production • Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and architecture evolution • Establish Fabric and Medallion data architecture for internal/external use • Improve production system stability, observability, and performance • Troubleshoot live-environment issues and improve data accessibility and self-service analytics • Experiment with AI and automation to improve team efficiency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong background in C# / .NET development, including API design and backend systems • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, and DevOps • Strong understanding of data architecture and ETL/ELT pipelines • Proven experience setting up Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakehouse, or Medallion architecture • Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and identify root causes • Exposure to SRE principles, including monitoring, incident management, and resilience • Familiarity with AI/LLMs, such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to move from high-level strategy to hands-on delivery • Experience in a startup or small-team environment and comfort wearing multiple hats • Experience with Power BI, Delta Lake, Synapse, or Databricks is nice to have • Knowledge of Python or TypeScript for data or automation scripts is nice to have • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, IaC such as Terraform or Bicep, and observability stacks is nice to have • Strong grasp of security, compliance, and data governance principles is nice to have • Experience integrating AI-driven agents or copilots into developer workflows is nice to have
