Beschreibung

• Set territory- and distributor-level strategy to drive mutual growth and achieve sales targets • Own distributor engagement, including business planning, monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual business planning, and national chain selling strategies • Lead market relationships with key distributor stakeholders • Implement distributor incentive programs to drive performance • Oversee national and regional key account execution, including POS allocation, new item setups, and dealer loader programs • Collaborate with key account teams to drive in-store execution • Ensure sufficient inventory to meet market demand and avoid stock-outs • Collaborate with Sales Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Finance on item setups, pricing, forecasting, and inventory planning • Lead and develop Sales Execution Manager and Field Sales Representative(s) • Serve as primary distributor contact and manage local regional chain relationships • Report to the General Manager • Travel 50% in the field, with some overnight stays as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • 5+ years of beverage company experience in a relatable role where distributor management, sales, and/or key account management were critical to success • Direct store delivery (DSD) experience preferred • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) preferred • Previous experience working with VIP required • Knowledge of IRI, Nielsen, and/or Power BI • Entrepreneurial spirit, forward thinker, and owner mentality; willingness to adapt to company changes to meet hyper-growth needs • Ability to work cross-functionally and with employees with different skill sets • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record with no major violations required • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including statewide travel and quarterly cross-market blitzes in another state
