Beschreibung

• Evolve software products through discovery, definition, development, launch, and post-release support • Drive realization of high-value capabilities for assigned products • Prioritize and maintain the development team’s product backlog, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Translate technical information, workflows, and functional requirements into comprehensive user stories • Serve as the voice of the user throughout the product realization cycle • Elicit requirements from clients and internal team members, identify hidden requirements, and remove ambiguities • Break down epic-level user stories into detailed stories for development • Collaborate with product managers, designers, business users, developers, testers, legal/compliance, operations, and other stakeholders • Develop and execute the product roadmap • Communicate backlog and development status through product demos, release notes, release plans, and other methods • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Act as subject matter expert for assigned products • Collaborate with UX/UI professionals on usability testing and interface development • Assess and prioritize defects with Product Management, QA, and development • Review and prioritize stakeholder feature requests • Ensure deliverables meet quality and non-functional requirements and stated business needs • Ensure user and technical documentation is created for product releases • Assist customer support teams with customer training and communication materials • Manage the Jira project space daily • Participate as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and in final validation testing

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience driving projects involving web technologies, API development, mobile-first design, app development, and third-party integrations • Minimum of 3 years of digital product owner, business analysis, or development experience • Experience working in a multi-team Agile/Scrum environment as a product owner and/or scrum master • Experience working with an offshore development team • Solid understanding and working knowledge of Internet technologies and web-based software development • Basic understanding and experience with functional testing and validation • Proficiency with Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint • Experience with work items and defect tracking management systems such as Visual Studio Online, Jira, or Confluence • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • High integrity and accountability • Ability to re-factor priorities based on business needs • Strong attention to detail and track record of producing quality work • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Comfortable pushing management and teams to decisions and pushing back for information and answers • Self-motivated and able to perform without significant supervision • Desire and motivation to become a subject matter expert • Ability to maintain a safe, secure, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access • Ability to work prolonged periods at a computer and communicate via phone and video conferencing • Ability to frequently use standard office equipment and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
