Beschreibung

• Embed across Engineering, GTM, People, Support, Finance, and Operations to identify where AI can reduce operational friction • Capture opportunities for reliable automation of manual workflows • Build internal tools and agents end-to-end, connecting the current technology stack to daily employee workflows • Drive adoption through workshops, pairing, and office hours • Measure success through active usage and time saved rather than features shipped • Partner with Security to establish guardrails, access scoping, and audit trails protecting employee and customer data • Develop and use a framework to track AI solution value through key metrics, targets, and actuals

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of total experience as a software engineer plus MBB or Big4 consulting/product management or business operations experience in a B2B SaaS startup/scale-up • Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving value for them, including documented adoption wins • Strong experience using Codex, Claude Code, or similar to ship working solutions • Broad understanding of AI technology, including LLM versus ML and relevant patterns and approaches • Experience with Python/TypeScript, MCP/agent-tooling patterns, evaluations and reliability, and cost/token awareness • Familiarity with Git version control and GitHub, GitLab, or similar tools • Strong process design instincts, including mapping workflows, identifying failure points, and building scalable solutions • Good strategic/commercial awareness and ability to articulate deliverables' connection to business goals and metrics • Ability to provide a short motivation outlining suitability for the role • Required location/application information includes visa sponsorship status and location
