Beschreibung

• Own the company growth number: registered users, MAU, activation, and the channel mix driving them • Set the weekly operating rhythm for shipping, measurement, and stopping ineffective work • Build and maintain a trusted growth dashboard covering registrations, MAU, funnel steps, organic versus paid, and cohort quality • Allocate budget and people across organic, SEO/AEO, paid, community, lifecycle, and developer surfaces • Protect existing library and organic acquisition engines while developing new ones • Own positioning and narrative across Creator, developer products, and platform • Lead product marketing and launch motions with Product and Engineering, focused on first success • Own paid and organic acquisition as one system and manage agencies and internal owners for efficiency • Own lifecycle, email, and in-product growth loops with Product • Partner with Community and Social to compound builder and developer reach • Build the growth and marketing team through org design, hiring, leveling, and coaching • Hire missing roles, including senior developer marketing, and clarify ownership across campaigns, conversions, content, social, community, and landing pages • Create a weekly shipping culture for documentation, landing pages, and experiments • Partner with Product and Engineering on activation and first-run paths • Partner with Sales where growth and revenue motions meet, without owning pipeline • Bring customer and usage insights into leadership decisions and challenge launches that are not ready

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8–12+ years in growth and/or marketing leadership at a PLG SaaS, design tool, creative platform, or developer product, with a clear portfolio of user growth owned • Proven experience building and leading a multi-disciplinary marketing / growth team, not just managing agencies • Deep fluency in user metrics: registration, activation, retention, and MAU • Hands-on ability to read analytics, kill a bad campaign, and rewrite a landing page brief • Strong writing and operating skills, including positioning, GTM plans, and executable weekly plans • Comfortable working with Product and Engineering as a peer • Experience with organic-led growth, including SEO, content, and community, as well as paid acquisition • Preferred overlapping Asia / Europe hours • Bonus: experience scaling a design, motion, or developer tool; hiring developer marketing / DevRel / technical PMM; working with AI-assisted or agent-era developer products; running growth where free usage was the metric; killing ineffective channels, launches, or narratives
