Beschreibung

• Build connections between Watershed and client systems and configure Watershed to meet client goals • Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations • Write scripts to create and manage data connections to Watershed • Perform data analysis on complex data sets • Build dashboards and reports that help clients understand and act on their data • Consult with clients on goals and share best practices • Help clients build learning data ecosystems • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues with the technology team • Influence product changes based on client needs • Automate repetitive technical workflows • Develop automation and deployment workflows using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins • Occasionally contribute updates to Watershed’s core product • Represent the company and product publicly, build client and industry-partner relationships, and identify expansion opportunities • Train clients to use Watershed effectively • Report into the Technical Watershed team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience, ideally including Python, REST APIs, data wrangling, and software automation tools • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role implementing SaaS software, data science, analytics, or reporting tools • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data pipelines and system integrations • Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into actionable technical solutions • Experience with learning data, xAPI, SCORM, and JSON are a plus • Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative • Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently while functioning as an integral part of a team • Proficiency in SQL and MySQL database • Experience with Python and Java development • Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation • Willingness to accommodate occasional client meetings during US/UK core business hours • Willingness to travel internationally to the United States if needed
