Beschreibung

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails web applications • Develop and maintain APIs and relational databases • Build and maintain automated testing • Develop and support system integrations • Ensure application quality through testing and performance monitoring • Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, well-tested solutions • Own features end to end • Partner with Project Managers and Business Analysts to execute delegated tasks and implement documented business requirements • Contribute technical expertise to development efforts and overall IT department goals • Participate in application monitoring and on-call production support, including nights and weekends as required • Identify and support emerging technologies • Support systems that improve access to behavioral healthcare

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology, or Two (2) year Degree Program from an accredited technical school, or Certifications on multiple technologies from an accredited training program • 3+ years of job experience in Software Engineering • At least 3 years of professional development experience in Ruby on Rails using git • Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment, including criminal, employment, education, sanctions, prohibited parties, sex offender registry, and drug screening checks • Experience with JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS, PostgreSQL, Linux, RSpec, Sidekiq, Jenkins, REST API development, Swift, New Relic, and FHIR standards is a plus • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization • Excellent active listening skills • Ability to manage cross-departmental projects and make quick decisions while following change-management protocols • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • High-speed internet service with minimum 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, and maximum 100 ms latency, installed before starting • Quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls • Ability to perform the physical and cognitive requirements of prolonged computer-based work
