Beschreibung

• Define and execute the service line’s professional strategy in alignment with business goals • Develop and maintain a strong, future-ready capability portfolio (skills, roles, certifications) • Act as the professional owner of the service line toward sales, other Service Lines in the SAP ecosystem of our company, and leadership • Lead and mentor functional leaders within the service line • Drive continuous professional development, training plans, and certification paths • Ensure high delivery standards across projects (methodology, quality gates, best practices) • Maintain visibility on capacity, skills, and utilization within the service line • Partner with Sales and Key Account teams on opportunity shaping and solutioning

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years experience on buyer (client) side SAP project management, or functional SAP team leadership • In-depth experience in SAP consulting, delivery, or professional services environments on service provider side • Strong background in SAP service delivery, resource management, and quality governance • Solid understanding of commercial constructs (SoW, estimates, margins, utilization) • English and preferably German language proficiency on business communication level • University degree in IT or Economics or similar qualification • Experience working closely with SAP sales and presales teams • Preferably certified in one of the project management methodologies with good standing
