Beschreibung

• Lead media relations, press outreach, and proactive storytelling efforts • Partner with executives to elevate the company's visibility across the industry • Manage external announcements, company news, executive appointments, acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational updates • Build relationships with media, industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners • Develop messaging frameworks and communication plans reinforcing Lone Wolf's brand and business priorities • Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence • Partner with the People team to develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy • Create communication plans supporting organizational initiatives, culture programs, performance management processes, and change management efforts • Establish communication standards and best practices across the organization • Support employee engagement through thoughtful, transparent, and timely communications • Ensure messaging remains aligned across leadership, departments, and geographic regions • Support communications related to organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives • Develop communication frameworks explaining what is changing, why it matters, and how it impacts employees • Partner with leaders to anticipate communication risks and proactively address concerns • Own Lone Wolf's social media strategy and day-to-day presence across key platforms • Partner with Marketing to create content reflecting the brand voice and connecting with the community • Monitor trends and conversations to identify timely engagement opportunities • Track performance and refine the social media approach using insights

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or related fields • Experience supporting communications within a high-growth technology or SaaS organization • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences • Experience partnering with executive leaders and advising on communication strategy • Demonstrated success leading both external communications and internal communications initiatives • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives is highly preferred • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including Marketing, People, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
