Beschreibung

• Manage and maintain the company website day-to-day, including page builds, content updates, and site structure within the CMS • Make basic front-end updates and troubleshoot issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Write and edit on-site copy, including headlines, CTAs, microcopy, and page content • Own conversion rate optimization for the site and identify friction points across key pages and funnels • Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on pages, CTAs, forms, and layouts • Monitor site analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations • Partner with Marketing, Design, and Growth teams to launch pages, campaigns, and landing pages • Own site performance fundamentals including page speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO best practices • Develop and maintain JSON-LD structured data schema code for SEO and AI engine optimization visibility • Conduct regular audits of site content, links, and functionality • Manage the website roadmap and prioritize enhancements • Coordinate with developers or agencies on larger technical projects when needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience managing a website in a professional CMS environment • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO tools/methodology (e.g., HubSpot, Optimizely, or similar) • Strong copywriting skills — able to write and edit clear, persuasive, on-brand site copy • Proficient with AI tools and committed to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies • Comfortable reading analytics data (e.g., GA4) and turning insights into concrete site improvements and test hypotheses • Strong attention to detail and project management skills • Sanity CMS experience • Experience with SEO fundamentals, page speed optimization, or accessibility standards • B2B SaaS or real estate/proptech experience
